Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by qi4d.

Eligibility

Access to the qi4d platform and all associated Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qi4d operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any Service. This age threshold applies regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. qi4d primarily serves the Indonesian market; players should satisfy themselves as to their legal position before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or those legally declared incapable of entering contracts are ineligible.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.
• Excluded Persons: Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of qi4d, its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Player Account.
• Self-Excluded Individuals: Any person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the platform or been excluded by the Company is ineligible to register a new account for the duration of that exclusion period.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access qi4d's Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. All required fields must be completed truthfully, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your Account. Any changes to your personal information — including email address, banking details, or contact number — must be updated promptly by contacting the qi4d support team at [email protected]. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

qi4d is committed to responsible platform management and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or Passport)
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, dated within 3 months)
• Payment method verification (photograph of bank card, bank account details)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. qi4d will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed KYC verification for transactions above Rp 5.000.000.

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. qi4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported to our support team immediately. qi4d cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access attributable to your failure to secure login credentials.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. qi4d reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, associated with fraudulent activity, or held by an ineligible person. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qi4d supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment channels to ensure fast, convenient transactions for all players. Accepted methods include:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). qi4d does not accept deposits made in cryptocurrency or any currency other than IDR unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate product-specific policy.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The following general limits apply across all standard payment channels. Specific limits may vary by payment method and player tier:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction
• Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per day (standard accounts); higher limits apply to verified VIP tier accounts

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) and are generally completed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited. qi4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the name on the registered qi4d Account. qi4d operates a same-name policy for all withdrawals to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals may be withheld pending KYC completion, active bonus wagering requirements, or ongoing security review. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

qi4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback programs, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and this clause, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion page and communicated to the Player at the time of bonus issuance. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• qi4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated group play, will be forfeited and the associated account(s) suspended.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer tables and specific jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus credits and any associated wagering progress will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Standard bonus validity is 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

5.5 Seasonal and Promotional Offers

qi4d regularly releases special promotional campaigns aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1, AFF Cup, and the FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds. These promotions carry their own specific terms and validity periods and are subject to availability.

Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the qi4d platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are available for review within each game's help or information section.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesia's term for online football betting markets), basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets, single bets, and handicap (voor bola) markets are subject to their own settlement rules, which are published within the sports betting section of the platform. qi4d reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any market where it is determined that odds were issued in error or where the integrity of the event is in question.

6.3 Togel Lottery Markets

All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes from the respective market operators (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and others). qi4d bears no responsibility for delays in result publication by the originating draw authority. Result disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant draw result being posted on the platform.

6.4 Payout Disputes

Any dispute concerning the settlement of a wager or the outcome of a game must be submitted to the qi4d support team within 72 hours of the event in question. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. qi4d's decision on all payout disputes, once a full review has been conducted, is final and binding.

Responsible Gaming

qi4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Company provides a suite of player protection tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the qi4d platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third party
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain credits or winnings to which you are not entitled
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting
• Using the platform to launder funds, process payments on behalf of third parties, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation
• Providing false, fraudulent, or forged identity or payment documentation during the KYC process
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through qi4d
• Using VPN services or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward qi4d staff or other Players

Intellectual Property

All content published on the qi4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of qi4d or its licensed content suppliers. No portion of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of qi4d.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked by qi4d at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qi4d, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform or any Service
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the platform, including those caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Loss of data, account information, or gaming history arising from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control
• Third-party payment processing delays, failures, or errors
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Outcomes of games or betting markets, which are determined by certified RNG technology or live event results beyond the Company's control

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

qi4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. qi4d implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

Personal data will not be sold or rented to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and fraud prevention platforms solely for the purpose of providing and securing the Services.

Amendments

qi4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Where a Player does not agree with an amendment, they should cease using the platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qi4d is incorporated and licensed. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints procedure described below.

qi4d operates an internal disputes resolution procedure. Players are encouraged to raise any complaint directly with the support team in the first instance. The Company will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through this procedure, the matter may be escalated to the applicable regulatory or arbitration authority.
